I’m Paul, founder at Javelin Content.  

I’m a dedicated father of two young boys, and proud husband to my long suffering wife. I’m a family man, and I’d argue that this is my ‘main‘ job most days.

After 15 years of Retail Leadership and 10 years as a volunteer police officer, I know how people think. 

I left the corporate world in 2020 just as the pandemic hit, and cut my sales and marketing teeth in an AI Startup, selling complex, technical technology to enterprise stakeholders.

I quickly learned that cold outbound just doesn’t cut it without a dedicated team, strategy and a tonne of technology. 

So I pivoted into creating trust and conversations through video content at scale.

During my time there, I built a sales pipeline worth $25m ARR with over 200 opportunities. Then I created Javelin Content, and put the skills, experience, technology and workflows I’d honed, to use for other businesses.

Today, we have an amazing bank of over 30 customers, from Coaches to Consultants, SaaS tech companies to Compliance experts, and much more.
