I worked to sell complex Conversation Analytics SaaS solutions and Professional Services into the contact centre, BPO and CX globally for 4 years.
I learned how to use video efficiently and effectively, to generate a pipeline worth $25m ARR and over 200 opportunities with senior stakeholders at enterprise businesses, in just 18 months.
In February 2023, I set out to take that skill set and help other business owners and consultants to connect with that same audience.
I’ve spent the best part of 6 years selling successfully, and from experience, I know there are few ‘marketers’ who are even willing to dabble in the complex waters of BPO/CX/CS.
In fact, most just struggle with marketing consulting services in general… because they miss the key component… video.
